The goal of adding a second annual BOW Workshop is to accommodate more women throughout the year. To fulfill that goal, for the first week of registration (Feb 12-19), those who did NOT attend the previous workshop (Fall 2014) will receive priority. This will be done by adding 7 days to the date of registration for those who attended last fall’s workshop.

For example, if you did NOT attend BOW Fall 2014 and you register on Feb 12, your registration date will remain Feb 12. If you DID attend BOW Fall 2014, and you register on Feb 12, we will change your date of registration to Feb 19.

The following information is not required, but allows us to better determine who participates in BOW. This information is extremely helpful when seeking financial assistance to off-set the cost of this program.

Class Choices

Select your first, second, and third choice for each session. If you plan to skip a session for any reason (e.g. arriving late, leaving early, taking a nap, etc.), mark “Not Participating This Session” to allow other participants the chance to take the class of their choosing.

Scholarship Information

Scholarships are available for first time attendees with financial need. All scholarships applicants must submit a $50.00 deposit, along with the completed Registration Form and Scholarship Application to hold space in the workshop.
If I do not receive the scholarship, I understand that I may pay the remaining workshop fee, or my $50.00 will be returned in full. Scholarship Applications are available at

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation on or before March 9 will result in a 50% refund. Registrants who do not attend, or cancel their registration after March 9, will be responsible for full program fees. You may, however, send a substitute in your place (please notify us in advance if doing so).
