Clubs

Camp Fire groups are called "clubs". Each club is facilitated by safe, caring and well-trained adults who have undergone background screening and are CPR-certified and first-aid trained. Clubs usually have around 10-12 youth members to utilize Camp Fire USA's small-group approach to group mentoring. The program, or curriculum, is divided into the following club levels:

 Little Stars: Pre-Kindergarten, ages 3 to 5

Starflight: Kindergarten to 2nd grade

Adventure: 3rd - 5th grade

Discovery: 6th - 8th grade

Horizon: 9th - 12th grade

Camp Fire also provides a program called "Community Family Club" which enables youth of all ages in multiple families to meet together at one time. Traditionally, an opening song or game is done all together, the program of the meeting is divided into the club levels listed above then a closing allows everyone to gather at the end.

Many clubs that have siblings in another club level create a "multi-club" which allows a leader to facilitate one club meeting with multiple club levels at one time.
